Here is what has transpired so far: 1) After I installed xAMPP (Ran as ADMIN for the installation, installed everything that was recommended) upon launching the application (as ADMIN) I get an error message for Apache: XAMPP Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4 2) I then ran CMD (as ADMIN), ran netstat -aon to identify what Ports are in a Listening state and what are active. ![]() I am getting an HTTP 404 Error Message whenever I test that Apache has been installed and running by going to my Local IP Address. ![]() What I am trying to accomplish is to Jailbreak my Fat PS3 on 4.90, here is the link of the guide I am following:
